We support your business to achieve an inclusive and supportive culture in a number of ways.
1. Educating your team
Education and awareness is at the heart of a supportive and inclusive culture. Our team of clinical psychologists work with you to promote a better understanding of neurodiversity business-wide. Our support services are tailored to your needs as a business, and include staff training, informational sessions, workshops and more.
2. Workplace needs assessments
Understanding and accommodating the needs of neurodiverse employees is crucial to providing an inclusive and enjoyable workplace. Our workplace needs assessments are designed to identify and meet your obligations under the Equality Act (2010) and identify any Reasonable Adjustments that may be required.
3. Pre-assessment online test
We offer a FREE online test to staff who think they may be neurodivergent and would like to start their assessment journey. Our online tests consist of between 10 and 18 questions and your staff member will be given an indicative result upon completion. Whilst this won’t be a formal diagnosis, it will provide them with enough information to decide if they would like to proceed to an initial assessment.
4. Individual assessments
We provide a range of individual assessments including Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, dyslexia, learning disability and cognitive assessments. We can provide therapy, post-diagnostic support and medication for ADHD.
