Therapy team

I am an experienced and friendly Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of professional experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in the areas of neurodiversity and mental health. My work focuses on providing evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment, with particular expertise in autism, ADHD, tics and Tourette syndrome and related emotional and behavioural challenges.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults helping them better understand themselves, build resilience, and develop helpful strategies for everyday life. I am passionate about creating a supportive, respectful, compassionate and neuro-affirming space where individuals feel heard, empowered, and understood.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, combining clinical expertise with compassion and a deep understanding of the complexities of neurodivergent experiences. I am committed to promoting wellbeing, self-awareness, and long-term personal growth through meaningful therapeutic work.

I work in a non-judgmental way and I firmly believe that emotional distress is often the mind’s way of coping with the many stressors, fears and difficulties that happen in life. As a clinical psychologist, I work empathically and with clear direction and with an active approach to therapy. We will work at a pace that feels both comfortable and productive. Treatment will always be tailored to you and your specific needs, hopes and goals. I abide by clear codes of conduct and only offer therapies that have a strong evidence and research base.

I have completed additional training in Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), Clinical Psychology training (MSc) focused on psychodynamic psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF- CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Therapy (HRT), and Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics (CBiT) and gender dysphoria.

I’m also an ADOS-2 and DIVA-5 trained clinician therefore I can undertake specialist neurodevelopmental assessments. I’m also a BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisor (RAPPS). I regularly apply Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy/skills (DBT) and CFT in my clinical work.

I am fluent in Greek, English and French and therefore I can offer therapeutic work in these languages if required.
