I have extensive experience working with students and in adults and have worked in Further Education for over 25 years, with students with a diverse range of additional learning requirements.
I have been a Specialist Dyslexia Assessor for over 11 years and hold a Level 7 qualification in assessing for dyslexia and hold an Assessment Practicing Certificate with Dyslexia Guild and am a member of PATOSS (Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties).
I am also an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA) for pre and post 16, including adults.
I am passionate about supporting people and view an assessment as an opportunity to highlight individuals’ strengths and to make recommendations for support and strategies which will be beneficial, in education, the workplace and daily life.
