Annett Cammegh

I prepared for a career change during my three children’s final years at school, completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology (Distinction). This approach allowed me to combine academic skills with personal experience, shaping my understanding of psychological well-being and mental health across different life stages.

I spent 20 years in the school community, seeing firsthand the challenges experienced by neurodivergent carers, employees, and pupils, as well as the strengths, creativity, and potential they show when supported with knowledge, compassion, and empathy.

I am passionate about improving understanding and awareness for individuals who see the world differently through positive psychology principles, particularly in highlighting the resilience, strengths, and unique contributions of neurodivergent people across life stages and within different industries. My commitment lies in promoting environments where these strengths can flourish, paired with a compassionate approach to addressing challenges.

I now look forward to bringing my mature, lived experience and understanding to this role, contributing to meaningful change and continued personal and professional development.
